Comfortable and convenient stay.

Location was amazing and easy to get to. I particularly enjoyed having the convenience store attached to the hotel and I also appreciated using the provided laundry room. The staff were also friendly.

There was some stains in my room's shower that made me uncomfortable being in there. However, because the Ibis is a 3 star hotel, I decided not to complain to staff. That level of deep cleaning is unnecessary for a 3 star hotel.

Comfortable and easy.

The rooms were more spacious than first thought. The bed and the view were quite nice as well. We stayed only for the night but it was a good stay, for the value of money.

The bathroom and some lights in the room did not work. Also, the lights didn't work very well and would turn on and off. Then the bathroom shower was hard to get to work and some features didn't work at all.

The stay was quite good.

I liked staying at the hotel, as it is in a good location, with quick access to the beach and the strip. The staff was really helpful and checked us in before 15:00. If you are arriving early you can request an earlier check-in time or just leave your bags at the reception desk. This property is really great value for money.

The bathroom can do with a good scrub and the temperature control light cannot be switched off. I can deal with the bathroom, but the light shining the whole night is a dealbreaker for me. I will definitely pack some blackout stickers. The property should also consider supplying two pillows for each guest.

Wonderful

Really nice location, full of restaurants close by and super close to the beach. The price was excellent! I reserved with months in advance but it was worth it.

It is a bit far from the subway (10min walking). Only a problem when is raining.

The room was simple and cozy. The bed was super comfortable. The decoration was nice.

It did not really enjoy breakfast. The options were limited. The croissants were small, cold and outdated. The breakfast was not worth the money paid

The staff were friendly and the room was spacious and clean.

The room was next to a construction site during our entire stay so woke up to loud noise in the morning. The heater/AC vent also made loud noises constantly and couldn’t be turned off. The bathroom was small and relatively old.

Excellent location for a Haeundae Beach/Busan getaway!

The location : opposite a mart, and another one down the street about 3 minutes walk away. There's a bakery cafe too, near this second mart. And Mcdonalds! 5 minutes walk from the top end of Haeundae Beach, and from there onto one of the main streets of Haeundae, where restaurants and nightlife are. If you take a short cut down the street next to the first mart, it'll get you to Haeundae Subway Station in under 10 minutes. Getting to the international airport ( it was around midday on a Friday) took about an hour, with an approximate cab fare of 25,000 KW. From Busan Subway Station (where KTX from Seoul terminates), it was a 30-40 min cab ride (around 2pm, midday-ish!) with a ballpark cost under 20,000 KW. I liked the location for a 3 night stay, and if you like heights (100 floors up!) and a sunset to night view of Haeundae, Busan X The Sky @ LCT Tower is a lovely 20 minute stroll away! The front counter / concierge service : Thumbs up - helped with calling a cab to the airport and the young man on duty late one evening was prompt in looking into a query I had about a possible double-billing based on my online credit card statement. He was polite, efficient and handled the matter professionally which was appreciated. Housekeeping : - Rooms were well-made up when requested, and properly cleaned/ restocked. The daily replenishment of bottled drinking water was appreciated. Small fridge handy for storing chilled food/drinks Multiple electrical sockets with 2 different types of plugs : Handy for concurrent charging of devices.

The front counter/concierge : Daytime check-in staff may have been too preoccupied on their phones, with hotel patrons waiting to check in. Front counter area seems to be going through a face-lift and felt a little cluttered. Temporary/ long term? Facilities : I was given a room on Level 12, the first room directly adjacent /facing the lifts. The lighting at the lift lobby can be brightened as corridors on both sides looked dark. Housekeeping may need to quality check supplies like bath towels - I had one with badly tattered /frayed edges. Consider lining bins with waterproof paper bags/if not plastic bags : it's more sanitary / hygienic for the disposal of waste and less of a hassle/mess for housekeeping to clean up. I had to use my own plastic bags to dispose of trash, so it'd be easier for housekeeping the morning after. Lift buttons were lined with an external plastic sheet (probably as a Covid 19 safety measure) that probably needs replacement or a total removal, to refresh its appearance. Looks well worn/bubbled in appearance. While it was handy to have self controlled AC/Heating, it would have been useful to have instructions (visual or in English) for the use of the remote control, which was completely in Korean. Trial and error, plus Google Translate had to be used to adjust it properly! Despite these observations, I'd still recommend Ibis Ambassador Busan Haeundae to friends looking for a short getaway, given its location and relatively sound facilities. Its good value for money ( but no beach view, with some minor ongoing construction in adjacent blocks) and given prior use of this same chain of hotels in Myeongdong, Seoul - it has lived up to its reputation, but can be better - post Covid, with some minor improvements!

booked a triple room but hotel only give 2 pairs of bedroom slippers even after request. if u r travelling in groups of more than 2 per room, do bring extra bedroom slippers.

Good location but small room

The location is very good just next to Haeundae beach.

The room is small ,also bathroom is small . No amenities in bathroom to be provided except toothbrush and towel. Only 1 pillow per bed.

It's so close to the beach and the main street of Haeundae! The bathroom is nice and clean! The breakfast was nice and had lots of different choices!

Not a nice view, small window in the room, no space to put your toiletries in the bathroom.

comfortable stay

the location is easy to find from hauendae metro station, just keep straight till end of the beach and turn right, next to shilla stay hotel, beach is just accross and lots of food and shops along the the way. Facilities are very good for 3 stars hotel, with gym and cheap coin laundry cost 2500 wom in total. If you need more pillows you can call the reception and they deliver quickly. Lobby area is equipped with computer and charging cables for phones with comfortable seats.

price is pricy during my stay but i believe because it was because of BTS concert happening in the area.
